This week, the D&CO team invites you to create an original lamp using a simple jar of jam. Demonstration in pictures. 01 - Pierce the cover of the jam jar with a metal hole saw. 02 - Screw the socket using the ring as on a traditional lampshade. 03 - Screw on the bulb. Prefer LED bulbs which have the particularity of not heating. 04 - Screw the lid onto the pot. 05 - Drill 3 small holes on the cover which will allow good ventilation of the lamp. 06 - Connect the wires to the terminals of the socket, which you screw back to the cover. 07 - Connect the lamp and switch on.
